Order Processing Time

All orders are made to order.

• Production time: 1–3 business days
• Custom or bulk orders: May take 5–7 business days
  You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across Australia.
For international orders, please contact us at hello@engravia.com.au before placing your order.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping:

• Standard Shipping (Tracked): $12.95 AUD
• Express Shipping (Tracked): $18.95 AUD

Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your parcel using the link provided in the email or via the carrier’s website.

Delays or Issues

While we aim to meet all estimated timeframes, shipping delays may occur due to:

• Peak seasons or holidays
• Courier disruptions
• Incomplete or incorrect address details

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, but we’ll always do our best to help resolve issues.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your item is lost or arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Email: hello@engravia.com.au with your order number and photos if applicable

We’ll assess the situation and arrange a suitable resolution.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
Engravia is not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
