Order Processing Time
All orders are made to order.
- Production time: 1–3 business days
- Custom or bulk orders: May take 5–7 business days
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping:
- Standard Shipping (Tracked): $12.95 AUD
- Express Shipping (Tracked): $18.95 AUD
Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order
