Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Engravia. We take pride in creating custom, high-quality engraved products just for you. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Custom Orders

Because our products are made-to-order and personalized, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect spelling provided, or personal preference. Please double-check all entered details before placing your order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a mistake made on our part, we’re happy to fix it.

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Email shop@engravia.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • We’ll either send a replacement or offer a refund where applicable.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order. Once production begins, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.

How Refunds Are Processed

If eligible, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.
